Banga: Raw And Real Artist

Hello Art Lovers.

ODB from the Wu-Tang Clan once said “OOOH baby I like it raw”, and if you like your art raw and real you have to come down to the Urban Paradise Art Gallery and check out our newest artist, Banga

Banga was born in Guadalupe and raised in Paris.

He took painting classes at the prestigious University of Paris and has his own art gallery in Clignancourt, the biggest flea market in Paris.

This talented artist also has his own clothing brand called ‘Bangastyle’.

In the mid 80’s he was a break dancer in the trendy Paris nightclubs, as well as a respected graffiti artist.

His time spent as a graffiti artist gave him the idea to create Basalt.

Basalt is an association of graffiti artists that ban together to teach young graffiti writers how to blossom into full fledged artists.

Banga’s work will be on display this weekend at the Sunshine Renault Bonjour French Festival at the Southport Broadwater Parklands on Marine Parade.
